It runs a bit large (specially on the arms width). I would recommend to size it down. I am 170cm, 54kg with long arms and I usually wear L in Uniqlo jackets. But this one does run bigger. The design is looser and although the fabric is soft it does not feel warm for winter days. I am gonna return mine because of size, design warmth.
